Orders begin processing within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes verifying order details, preparing items for dispatch, and handing packages over to our selected carrier network. We do not offer expedited shipping options.

Once an order is dispatched, standard delivery typically takes between 6 and 12 days. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, regional sorting hold ups, and local delivery scheduling can occasionally extend transit time slightly beyond the expected window.

We take responsibility for applicable tariff charges associated with your shipment. You will not receive separate requests for duty payments or customs fees after checkout. No additional charges will be added to your confirmed order total.

Shipping addresses must be entered accurately at checkout. You are responsible for confirming that your name, street address, city, state, postal code, and country information are correct. We cannot redirect packages once they have been released to the carrier. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, we will work with you on next steps.

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery status updates are controlled by the carrier system. We can share available tracking information once it is provided to us, but we cannot directly speed up carrier movement or resolve local delivery issues outside of our control.

We ship to eligible locations globally. The same processing and delivery estimate framework applies to all qualifying destinations. There are no separate pricing tiers for different regions for the covered shipping and tariff support included with your order.

If your package appears stalled in tracking for an extended period, contact our support channel and share your order information. We will check available tracking details and advise you based on the latest update from the carrier.
